SME BILL · RECORD 58

Use less data and keep each purpose separate

Visitor analytics preferences and the separate consent process for the independent Public Hearing.

Visitor data

Strictly necessary storage remembers privacy preferences, supports a login requested by the user and provides core website functions. Analytics is optional and off by default.

Optional analytics

The website does not load its analytics tool or send an analytics request until the visitor consents. Rejecting analytics does not restrict reading the website or submitting comments.

Preference record

Only the notice version, necessary-storage status, analytics choice, decision time and expiry are kept in the browser for no more than 180 days. This choice is not stored with Public Hearing responses.

Changing your choice

Use “Privacy preferences” in the footer to allow, reject or withdraw analytics later. Withdrawal stops analytics and removes analytics storage or cookies controlled by this website.

Separate consultation consent

The analytics choice is not consent to process a response. The consultation form separately requests permissions for response processing, optional email and optional quotation.

Data controller

สภาวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมไทย · Rights and enquiries: contact@smecouncil.or.th

Public Hearing data

The response form separately records the required response-processing consent and optional choices for email updates and anonymised quotation. Email is stored separately from answers.

Retention

Responses are retained for no more than 730 days and email for no more than 180 days, unless withdrawn earlier.

Rights and withdrawal

A respondent can use the receipt reference to withdraw the response and related permissions. Withdrawal removes contact data and excludes the response from future public aggregates.
